Reporting directly to the Company’s Global CAPEX Procurement Manager,
you will be part of the CAPEX team for all of North America of 4 people currently located across the US. As an individual contributor on the team you will:
Support multiple Global Business Units for capital equipment and contract services for the company’s chemical plants.
Negotiate, develop and manage engineering and procurement contracts for mechanical, civil, I&E disciplines and process major equipment for plant production.
Work closely with Project Managers to develop risk factors and the risk profile for project development and delivery.
Develop strategies for project delivery of “On Time and on Budget”.

B.S. Degree in a Technical Field, recent MBA a plus
5 to 7 years’ experience in construction, procurement, capital projects
Strong knowledge of chemical operations and experience within the chemical industry
Ability to work within a matrix organization
Collaborative and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to travel 20-50%, mostly within the US and North America
