This opportunity is for a
on site at our client. As an employee of Productive Resources, you will develop, analyze and implement electrical and electronic systems on our machines. This includes system architecture design and software writing/testing. This position will be part of the Controls Engineering Group and report to the Controls Engineering Supervisor.
Help create documentation on architecture to help assist harness design engineers.
Write software code to achieve function.
Communicate different design paths to achieve most efficient methods for achieving spec to multiple facets of the business.
Assist in DFMEA on machine systems.
Work with external suppliers to help determine best hardware choices for machine design.
Assist test engineering group with test plans for system to be performed after design is complete.

Engineering experience with electrical/electronic systems and CANBUS architecture design
Ability to write software code in C style language.
Communication experience with reporting design plans to marketing/manufacturing groups.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering with significant electronic experience.
5 years’ experience in industry (not academia).
Agriculture equipment operation or design.
Experience with Parker IQAN systems.
Experience designing hardware/software test platforms.
