This Operational Management Consulting Firm is searching for a Director in their Footprint Division.  

Target Persona:
  • Experienced with domestic and global footprint activities, including greenfield/brownfield start-ups, product transition and plant integration.
  • Past or present Senior Leadership roles in manufacturing including sales, engineering and services and full responsibility for developing and executing short and long-term plans to achieve the annual profit plan as well as global operations’ strategic initiatives in alignment with company’s strategic plan.
  • Experience providing strategic leadership, drive superior operational and financial results while demonstrating a strong leadership style.

  • 7 to 10 years relevant industry experience and extensive exposure to industry best practices. M&A experience preferred.
  • Financial and business acumen; prior P&L exposure or responsibility. Experience with meeting all financial and operating objectives and prompt and accurate reporting systems on all aspects of plant operations. Monitor and ensure delivery of performance metrics including profit, cost, completion time, safety, quality, productivity and customer satisfaction measures. 
  • Professional experience leading all plant management, manufacturing and related support operations such as material management, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, IT, human resources, quality, continuous improvement and plant finance.
  • Strong exposure to domestic and global footprint activities, including greenfield/brownfield start-ups, product transition and plant integration
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.  An advanced degree in a technical or management discipline is preferred but not required.
  • Project management training or experience is required.
  • Black Belt Certification or higher is preferred.
