Will work for global, US based, manufacturer of packaging machinery with responsibility for full P+L Management of a $20-$30 Million a year St. Louis MO based business unit.
Job will entail directly managing a group of 6 (indirectly a total of 61 non union) and entail 50% operational leadership 30% financial strategy and planning and 20% sales/commercialization-activities.
Main goals would be to improve operating efficiencies, product consolidation, create new market opportunities and improve overall speed to quote process.
BS, (ME/EE highly desired) BA-MBA coupled with a minimum of 10 years executive level, P+L leadership in a packaging machinery manufacturer environment.
Prefer heavy operational leadership and project management skills. Exposure to Lean Mfg. techniques, project management, and sales channels (direct and distribution) will be key. Full relo package offered.
