We are searching for a MES Subject Manager Expert (SME) with a solid background in Engineering and at least 7 or more years of technical leadership experience. Qualified candidates must be capable of leading and developing team members, help to build engagement among employees and be someone who demonstrates strong leadership skills by establishing relationships and developing trust.
Responsibilities also include targeting relationships with clients while working to gain new and repeat business and function as a mentor both formally and informally and support the mentoring activities among employees.
Develop implementation plans that includes development approaches, code review and unit testing
Develop applications for Manufacturing Information Solutions, these include (MES, Workflow, OEE / Downtime, Quality, Reporting, etc.)
Document development activities and progress using collaborative development environment such as VSTS
Conduct internal and external (client facing) acceptance testing
Develop delivery documentation for clients
Interface with clients to gain overall business and functional requirements
Interface with the internal team to turn requirements into a technical design and overall system architecture
Providing technical guidance to junior engineers, along with performing the most complex design and development and testing of information solutions systems, including custom software will be a part of this role.
Expert in MES Solutions/architecting
Solid background in Engineering (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electrical/ Electronics/Chemical preferred)
Knowledgeable in Industrial Networking
Expert in SCADA / HMI solutions
Working knowledge of Batching Solutions
Working knowledge of PLCs
Working knowledge of cloud based architectures a plus
