Reporting directly to the Company’s Maintenance & Reliability Manager,
you will lead Maintenance & Reliability Excellence activities within the Corporate Excellence Center.
Support multiple Global Business Units in defining realistically challenging target for improvement in areas like Equipment Reliability and Maintenance Costs
Develop and deploy the change management methodology and toolbox
Train and support Business Unit leaders and share best practices
Promote conditions and a mindset of continuous improvement

B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, MBA a plus
At least ten plus years’ experience in an industrial environment
Strong maintenance & reliability expertise with production of plastics, chemicals, oil & gas, or similar industries
Familiarity with various lean continuous improvement methodologies
Data driven, results oriented, experience tracking metrics & performance indicators
Ability to travel 30-50%, mostly within the US and North America
