Maintenance Supervisor – HEAVY METAL FABRICATION - Growth Potential
Salary $65,000 - $80,000 PLUS Benefits & Paid Relocation to the Southern USA
Due to promotion, our client, a Tier Two international automotive manufacturer, is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager for one of their fastest growing facilities in the south. To be considered for this Maintenance position, you’ll need at least three years’ of experience in a Maintenance Supervisory position. You’ll need hands-on approach as well as experience in a World Class Manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of 6 mechanics that maintain the hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical controls, perform PLC programming, and repairs of the production equipment. You will be the go-to expert on shift and you’ll need to have experience in all the above areas.

- Three or more years of Maintenance Management / Supervision experience
- Experience in cutting and vertical drilling on metal
- Hands on experience with Hydraulic, Pneumatic and electrical systems and controls
- Experience in PLC programming
- Any experience in Preventative or Predictive Maintenance programs is ideal
- You MUST be able to work without sponsorship
