Your unique role with the company:
  • You will be reporting directly to the company’s “molding guru” – a chance to learn from an industry leader
  • You will be on the floor, working with the operators, solving problems
  • Eliminate waste in the value stream of molding operations
  • Run experiments and analyze data to improve the molding processes

What we are looking for in a Candidate:
  • BS degree in Plastics/Polymers and 3-5 years of molding experience, or
  • Masters degree in Plastics/Polymer Engineering and 0-3 years experience
  • CAD skills
  • Strong knowledge of polymer rheology and test methods such as DSC & TGA
  • Working knowledge of PLC programming and industrial controls desired
  • Knowledge of ISO standards preferred
  • Experience with six sigma, SPC, or similar continuous manufacturing improvement techniques is a plus
  • Experience with thermosets, cast resin compounds, or vacuum casting is a plus
