Plant Manager, glass tempering division
For more than thirty years, our client has held claim to being a world-class leader in the industry of designing and manufacturing distinct quality hand-crafted tempered glass products. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques and designs produce an incomparable product line.

Their  worldwide operation is managed and directed from their corporate headquarters and technically-advanced manufacturing factory in the beautiful Santa Clarita Valley in Southern California. 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced  Plant Manager with strong employee relations skills, proven track record of success and increased responsibility, who is committed to excellence and looking for an exceptional career opportunity. Must have glass tempering  AND Plant management or Production management experience to be considered for this position.
 JOB SUMMARY: Directs and manages plant operations, logistics and customer service through a team of functional managers for state of the art manufacturing facility. Has ultimate responsibility for all employees.  Plant operates 24/7 .

  10. Maintains lines of communication with other internal groups such as supply chain and division headquarters.
  • Must have prior experience as a Plant Manager or Production Manager in a glass tempering plant.

Education / Experience 
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./S.) in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field or equivalent from four-year college or certificate program required; and/or five to seven years directly related experience, including at least 2 years of management experience, with increasing responsibilities; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five years supervisory experience required.
