Your unique role with the company:
Reports into the Quality Manager for plant of 450 employees. Along with two other Quality Engineers you will be responsible for ensuring products/parameters are in control within established process and facilities improvements with in the process. Provide customers with technical support on testing issues and continuous improvements of quality systems.
Lead and facilitate Quality Area Improvement Team in continuous improvement activities through use of lean and various engagement tools, including kaizen, workout, 6S and applicable problem-solving methodology tools.
Analyzes quality issues and develop corrective actions; including customer notifications, rework, waste and other cost of quality contributors.

What we are looking for in a candidate:
Bachelor of Science, technical background
2-5 years’ experience in quality/process engineering function in manufacturing environment
Continuous improvement background including kaizen leadership and change management.
Understanding of quality systems, ISO9001/AS9100 requirements
