Your role within the organization will be to provide leadership in the implementation, improvement and maintenance of the quality systems to comply with appropriate quality system regulations (FDA, GMP, ISO 13485, etc) and support the production team in improving product quality and mfg efficiency.

This is a highly visible role within the organization responsible for managing a growing team of direct reports and continuous improvement of quality systems for heavily regulated markets.

You will lead the quality function within a facility going through a Lean transformation, engaging employees and driving continuous improvement methodologies and projects. 

Location:  NJ – Central New Jersey

To be successful in this critical role:
  • Experience managing quality systems and personnel, preferably within a related, regulated manufacturing environment.    
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to engage workforce, drive continuous improvement and implement training programs.
  • BS Degree preferred with formal training and/or certification in quality engineering, management or Lean/SixSigma.
