Are you an experienced Controls System Engineer looking for an excellent global company for an exciting opportunity?
As the Sr. Electrical Controls Systems Engineer, you will lead and support the design and enhancement of datadriven industrial control systems for their agricultural products. 
  •  You will collaborate with customers and others to understand how to enhance the customer experience while attaining performance criteria (cost, reliability, productivity)  for feature enhancements.
  • You will research new opportunities to develop designs to enhance the product and provide leading edge technology to customers.  
  • You will develop project plans to identify timing, resources, and costs to achieve results.  
  • You will collaborate and communicate with third party suppliers to direct design of logic board layouts and provide validation of feature set (sequences and mechanical systems) from concept through production release. 
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or the equivalent education and experience
  • 3-5 years of direct engineering experience with data control systems.
  • Some 3-D/CAD drawing experience needed.
  • Functional Skills: Knowledge of mechanical controls, sensors, electronics and logic control sequences within control block programming.  
  • Prior experience and/or knowledge of the sequence to operate grain conditioning, handling, and storage systems is helpful but not required.  Will consider prior experience in automotive, machine, industrial PLC controls, manufacturing automation, building automation, or other Programming Logic Controls engineering.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Smart systems, sensor technology, and Smart controls, is preferred
  • Ability to listen and communicate with customers to understand needs and create solutions that will reduce customer cost and maximize profit.
  • Ability to engage with new technology, collaborate with team members to ensure project plan timelines, guideposts, and due dates are achieved.  
  • Other Skills: Leadership skills with an ability to lead cross functional teams through product design gates. Innovative.  Diplomacy with a desire to develop management skills.  Passionate about making a difference. 
Other Important Information:      
Position Status & Salary:  Salaried Position; with salary being commensurate with proven expertise.   
The position is bonus eligible.    And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!
