The ideal candidate will have:
  • Multi-site plant management experience 
  • Record of successful implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience in discrete manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of welding, painting and assembly
  • In depth knowledge of lean and six sigma methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related
