Optical Production Manager Job in Bennington Vermont (VT)

Rapidly growing company has need for a Production Manager with Optical experience to provide leadership and training to staff. Will manage training, performance evaluations, hire/fire and the manage day to day operations of a fast paced production team.
Requires a BS/BA and 4-7 years of Production experience with at least 2+ years in a Management role in a manufacturing environment. Optical experience is required
