Manufacturing Project Engineer Job in Bluffton Indiana (IN)

Must have at least five years of progressive experience in manufacturing, supply chain (incl WH & matl flow), and product/process quality environment. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required. Willing to travel (up to 50%at times - incl Intl). Significant experience with Lean Implementation and proven cost savings through Continuous Improvement. Knowledge/ Experience with manufacturing machinery. Experience leading large projects. New Product Launch experience required with focus on DFM and Quality improvement. Experience in inventory control and WIP reduction. Experience with Value Stream Mapping. Expertise in AutoCAD required. Experience with ISO Quality Documentation. Process Flow Diagrams, Control Plans, PFMEAs etc.
