A food manufacturer in Kentucky is seeking a Maintenance Manager for their processing company.
A Bachelors degree is required, with an engineering discipline preferred. Candidate must have a solid technical background, with packaging equipment and automated food processing experience. Must know Maintenance procedures and systems, and have a successful track record in training, developing, and mentoring maintenance personnel. Working knowledge of CMS software would be a definite plus.
The key to this position is a combination of demonstrated people development skills and solid technical skills.
