Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering with at least 3 years manufacturing experience in a machine shop environment. Will be a team leader assisting in training new employees, making sure that customer requirements are met with perfect quality and delivery and makes sure that all company rules are followed including prefect housekeeping and working safety. Will direct all maintenance and repairs for all equipment to ensure all is fully safe and operational. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all production lines and coordinate with production leaders for the best possible shutdown of equipment to perform all inspections.
