Operations Manager Job in Paterson New Jersey (NJ)

Responsibilities:
Required knowledge and experience in a highly regulated industry.
Strong background in a component manufacturing environment, not assembly.
Ability to run a production cell to meet production goals while focusing on cost and quality.
Full P&L and Budget responsibilities.
Responsible for overall strategy for 3 shifts focusing on production goals and process improvements.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree is a MUST with MBA preferred
History of developing people, mentoring, and coaching up performance.
Drive, long term vision, and ability to define metrics to meet goals.
