LEAN KAIZEN ENGINEER West Covina, CA area
Expanding medical products supplier needs Lean Manufacturing professional for plant facility organizing and implementing Lean Manufacturing systems.
Divisional growth opportunities. Great opportunity for someone to create, build and direct a top notch Lean Program.
DUTIES:
Will manage a job function responsible for creating, organizing and implementing Lean Manufacturing programs and systems.
Will use Kaizen, Kanban, TPS and 5S tools for process improvements.
Conduct Kaizen training & facilitate Kaizen teams.
Track & document Kaizen results & continuous improvement results.
Will interact with production, engineering, warehousing, human resources and upper management.
MUST:
4 year degree
3-10 yrs manufacturing experience: medical products, medical devices, healthcare or pharmaceutical.
Well experienced with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Toyota Production System, 5S, Theory of Constraints & Value Stream Mapping.
Must have experience with running several Kaizens and Kaizen blitzes.
Must have great interaction skills with all plant personnel levels from management to line workers.
