Our client, a growing supplier of compression molded parts to a variety of industries including agriculture, off-highway, and military, is seeking a 2nd shift
Engineer
ing Technician. You will. spend most of your time on the floor troubleshooting equipment problems and processing BRAND NEW 4000 T compression molding machines. You will do machine set-up. You will take an active role in continuous improvement activities. Although your initial focus will be on molding, in the future, you will also be involved with paint machines. You will ;play a key role in the growth of the new plant, whose major customer is continuing to expand its business at a rapid pace.
Your background should include:
* An AS degree in
Engineer
ing preferred, or currently pursuing a BS degree in
Engineer
ing
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as an
Engineer
ing Tech
* Compression molding experience a must. Paint experience a plus.
* SMC experience
* Solid troubleshooting skills
* Experience with continuous improvement efforts
* Detail orientation
