We are currently recruiting for a motivated Production Manager/Supervisor leader with strong employee relations skills, proven tract record of success and increased responsibility, who is committed to excellence and looking for an exceptional career opportunity. - This position is ear-marked for accelerated promotional opportunities.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following:
5+ years supervisory experience, preferably within the production industry. Glass experience a plus.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience.
Self-motivated and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with other departments and managers and work as a team.
Possess skills and abilities to help us achieve manufacturing excellence by establishing and communicating goals, coaching, evaluating performance and developing people to improve their performance.
A desire to set high standards of work performance for yourself and others.
Knowledge/experience with Lean principles a plus.
BA/BS Degree
