DescriptionWe are a leading supplier of synthetic rubber, thermoplastic elastomers and impact modifiers to rubber, plastics, adhesive and asphalt markets around the world. We are currently seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager for our corporate headquarters. As manager of regulatory affairs, you will be responsible for developing, administering and coordinating all programs and strategies related to environmental protection, product safety, process safety management, and employee health and safety. You will also be responsible for interpreting federal and state regulations and parent company policies for our corporation. You will also assist in responding to and resolving regulatory problems as they occur at our facilities in Ohio, Texas and Louisiana.
Requirements:
BS degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related Engineering degree
10 years of experience with at least 5 years in plant or process engineering, and 5 years with responsibility for coordinating or managing environmental and safety or process safety in a chemical facility
Experience with Title V required
Strong knowledge of EHS and process safety regulations and expert level knowledge of air regulations is particularly desirable
