Description$1+ billion division...position reports to Division Director of Lean; position can base out of Syracuse NY or Chicago or Dallas; will have initial focus on 2 NY plants, but eventually moving to initiatives at 3 other N America plants. Will develop, coordinate, and drive lean (as a business model). Initial focus on reducing inventory and improving production productivity. Must be lean certified with a pref for black belt cert, excellent lean toolkit and successful lean leadership experiences. Must have success leading lean initiatives in both the supply chain and with manufacturing processes. Successful candidate will be part of executive leadership development program. Metalworking process experience reqd.
