DescriptionA leading web offset printer has an immediate need for an engineering/maintenance manager. this indiidual will directs and coordinate the engineering/maintenance activities to analyze, install and maintain engineering systems and oversees all aspects of the Maintenance department to keep equipment, buildings and grounds in optimum operating condition with a focus on achievement of machine performance targets and state and local regulatory compliance. Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in Maintenance Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for an individual with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management or related area and minimum of five years related maintenance and maintenance supervisory experience in the commercial printing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience; and training and experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodology. We want an individual with extensive knowledge of all print production processes related and technology. We want someone experienced in Maintenance Management, industrial engineering, and purchasing is required. Knowledge of OSHA and EPA requirements is a must. Must have a track record of excellent problem solviing skills we are looking for someone with the energy and drive to move to the next step in the company
