DescriptionDirector or Sr. Level HVAC Engineer that has held previous management or principal position within an A&E or MEP consulting firm.
MUST HAVE:
BSME
PE
15-30 years experience in HVAC design, project management of projects for MEP or A&E firms
15+ years experience working with clients on large complex projects - 100,000 sq ft and larger - Universities, Hospitals, Transportation, etc.
Solid hands on experience in business development - ideally developing clients in the hospital, university or transportation fields
MUST HAVE STRONG PRESENTATION SKILLS - ABILITY TO DISCUSS ALL THE TECHNICAL DETAILS OF A PROJECT
