DescriptionOur client is the manufacturing plant located in the NW Chicago suburbs of a leading medical device manufacturer. This is a dynamic organization with exceptional career opportunities.
The Manager of Maintenance and Facilities will manage all aspects of equipment/building maintenance reliability. This position is responsible for all maintenance functions and supervising a large technical staff. As well as technical knowledge of maintenance processes, this position will be coordinating functions including safety, training, housekeeping, employee development, discipline, equipment/building corrective and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree required
7 or more years of experience with injection molding, maintenance, and knowledge of facility equipment. TPM implementation experience required
Must have excellent communication skills and strong supervisory skills
OE improvement for injection molding machines
Medical industry experience strongly preferred
Must have knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SMED
