Description We are conducting a search for a Maintenance Manager for a large production company for their plant in Florida.

Candidates should have previous food and/or beverage industry experience, and high-speed packaging experience. A degree is preferred. Experience in troubleshooting and programming PLCs can be very beneficial. A Preventative Maintenance background is needed. Candidates should have the stretch to become Maintenance Managers.

Candidate must have a strong mechanical background. We are looking for an experienced supervisor. Strong electrical controls experience is a must as well. Spanish would be VERY helpful in this facility. For those living in Florida, or who have a desire to move there, this could be an excellent chance to get there.
